About the Role

<p>Sales &amp; Lifestyle Events Coordinator<br>ROOST White House | Accolade Apartments<br>Reports to: General Manager, ROOST White House</p> <p><br><strong>ROLE OVERVIEW</strong><br>The Sales &amp; Lifestyle Events Coordinator is a hybrid position designed to strengthen ROOST White House’s sales infrastructure&nbsp;while activating the shared amenity floor for both ROOST guests and Accolade Apartment residents. Reporting directly to the&nbsp;General Manager, this role serves as a force multiplier for the Senior Sales Manager through administrative and lead&nbsp;management support, while independently driving community programming that elevates the property’s competitive positioning.&nbsp;This position was created to meet ownership’s goal of activating and programming the amenity floor without drawing the front&nbsp;desk team away from their core responsibility of delivering exceptional guest service. Time allocation: 60% Sales &amp;&nbsp;Administration | 40% Lifestyle Events Programming.</p> <ul> <li><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">SALES SUPPORT &amp; ADMINISTRATION</span></strong> <ul> <li>Manage and promptly respond to all incoming hotel leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion tracking</li> <li>Oversee defined market segments including corporate extended stay, relocation clients, embassy, healthcare&nbsp;staffing, government accounts, and insurance displacement</li> <li>Maintain and update the sales CRM, pipeline reports, and booking documentation to ensure accurate records</li> <li>Prepare proposals, rate quotes, and follow-up correspondence on behalf of the sales team</li> <li>Coordinate and confirm group and extended stay reservations in partnership with the front desk team</li> <li>Track and report on key sales metrics, occupancy trends, and segment performance for GM review</li> <li>Support the Senior Sales Manager with prospecting research, outreach lists, and meeting preparation</li> <li>Assist with RFP responses and account management for key corporate accounts</li> </ul> </li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>LIFESTYLE EVENTS PROGRAMMING</strong>&nbsp;</span> <ul> <li>Develop a monthly events calendar aligned with brand standards, seasonal themes, and resident/guest preferences</li> <li>Source and manage local vendor partnerships to reduce event costs while maintaining quality programming</li> <li>Coordinate logistics, setup, communications, and recap reporting for all events</li> <li>Collaborate with Bozzuto’s property management team to ensure events serve both ROOST guests and Accolade<br>residents</li> <li>Leverage events as a lease-up tool by showcasing community to prospective Accolade residents</li> <li>Track event attendance, feedback, and ROI to continuously improve programming</li> <li>Secure sponsorships, brand collaborations, and in-kind partnerships to offset event expenses</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>LIFESTYLE &amp;
