This role is ideal for someone who excels in guest service, communicates with confidence, and enjoys creating a welcoming, seamless experience from the moment guests arrive. This position will primarily support overnight operations, with a combination of daytime shifts as needed. From an operational standpoint, the ideal schedule includes two overnight shifts from 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, along with one daytime shift each week, scheduled for either 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM depending on business needs. As a Front Desk Concierge, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests—handling check‑ins, offering thoughtful recommendations, and ensuring every interaction reflects the elevated hospitality standard of the property.
