The main duties and responsibilities include the following, but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Under direct and constant supervision by a licensed, certified, or senior- level individual, as mandated by local regulations.</li> <li>Maintain flexibility, and work as a team player</li> <li>Assist in room and equipment maintenance in accordance with the laboratory’s policies and procedures</li> <li>Prepare labware and help with stocking of laboratory supplies and reagents</li> <li>Assist with sample intake.</li> <li>Archive samples by following the specimen storage and retention policies</li> <li>Create aliquots of reagents as needed using the appropriate lab equipment according to established protocols.</li> <li>Perform all duties according to guidelines outlined within the quality systems</li> <li>Compliant with company policies, procedures, safety requirements and regulations</li> <li>Take ownership and accountability of ensuring the highest quality of internal/external customer service</li> <li>Perform any other site/lab specific duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3>Who You Are:</h3> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
