In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our high-net-worth individual (HNWI) and institutional clients across three key markets: Africa, Switzerland, and Pakistan. You will be responsible for onboarding, nurturing, and retaining VIP clients while driving volume growth and deepening product adoption across our exchange ecosystem. This role requires a unique ability to navigate diverse regulatory environments and cultural dynamics across Sub-Saharan and North African markets, the Swiss financial hub, and Pakistan's fast-growing digital asset landscape.</div>

<div>Serve as the dedicated relationship manager for a portfolio of VIP clients with AUM or trading volume above defined thresholds</div>

<div>Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with HNWIs, family offices, crypto funds, and institutional traders</div>
