You will lead organizational assessment that converts strategies into result-driven actions and act as a liaison with other HR functions.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; color: rgb(35, 111, 161);"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Provide thought leadership through advising, influencing, and providing data and insights to business leaders to achieve strategic objectives through people strategies.</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Develop workforce planning strategies to ensure the right talent is available at the right time, participate in recruitment efforts, and support the onboarding process for new team members.</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Educate and train team leaders on the performance management process and the goals of team member development.</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and support team member development initiatives.</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Provide change management and coaching to embrace opportunities of scale and growth successfully.</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Proactively assess team, team leaders, and organizational development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions.</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Use HR analytics to provide insights into workforce trends, turnover, and other key metrics to inform decision-making and optimize team member experience.</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Collaborate with compensation and benefits teams to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Assist in managing organizational change by facilitating communication and supporting team members through transitions.</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Handle employee relations matters, provide guidance on conflict resolution, and ensure a positive work environment.</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Provide guidance on HR-related compliance matters.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; color: rgb(35, 111, 161);"><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on business partnership.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; color: rgb(35, 111, 161);"><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Advanced degree or professional HR certification.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; color: rgb(35, 111, 161);"><strong>Pay &amp; Benefits</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">At Alliance Defending Freedom, we offer a competitive compensation and benefits package to support your well-being and growth.
