In this role, you won’t simply be answering phones. You will serve as a brand ambassador responsible for delivering a premium customer experience while managing multiple priorities, systems, and customer interactions throughout the day.</span></p> <p data-start="788" data-end="1084"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This is a fast-moving, high-volume role that requires strong communication skills, technical accuracy, and comfort navigating customer support systems.
