<p>The Social Media Coordinator is essential to support the daily execution of our growing social initiatives, allowing the Head of Social to focus on high-level strategy, long-term brand building, and major campaign development. From real-time community engagement and content scheduling to UTM tracking, product launches, and partnership activations, the scope and volume of social tasks has outgrown the capacity of a one-person team.</p>

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>Content Creation & Scheduling</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strategically develop and curate engaging content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) that aligns with brand voice and campaign goals.</li>
<li>Build and manage a consistent posting calendar, ensuring timely publication of weekly content across platforms.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams (design, product, marketing) to gather assets and align on key messaging and priorities.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Community Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, direct messages, and brand mentions in a timely, professional manner (excluding customer service-specific inquiries).</li>
<li>Identify and tag customer service tickets in Sprout Social to ensure proper routing and resolution.</li>
<li>Foster a positive, authentic brand presence by building meaningful connections with followers and fans.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Launch Execution</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of small to mid-scale product launches, brand announcements, and seasonal campaigns.</li>
<li>Ensure social content and scheduling align with campaign timelines, promotional strategies, and marketing objectives.</li>
<li>Coordinate cross-functional input to deliver cohesive messaging and impactful launch moments.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Product Tracking & Analytics</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Generate and manage UTM links to track campaign and product performance across digital touchpoints.</li>
<li>Monitor link performance and adjust strategies based on traffic, engagement, and conversion data.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Partnerships & Programs</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support the creation and scheduling of content related to brand partnerships, ambassador programs, influencer collaborations, and community initiatives.</li>
<li>Ensure proper tagging, attribution, and visibility for partner content across relevant platforms.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Trend Monitoring & Industry Awareness</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Stay current with emerging social media trends, platform updates, algorithm changes, and cultural moments.</li>
<li>Proactively suggest content ideas and strategy shifts based on relevant trends and industry best practices to maximize reach and engagement.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>KPI Tracking & Reporting</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across platforms including reach, engagement, follower growth, click-through rates, and conversions.</li>
<li>Compile regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to guide content and campaign optimizations.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the team to A/B test content formats, posting times, and messaging to improve results.</li>
</ul>
<h2><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></h2>
<h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Required:</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">2+ years of experience in social media management.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong understanding of all major social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, and LinkedIn.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience managing and growing a YouTube channel is highly valued.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience in ideating, filming, editing, and publishing engaging TikTok content that aligns with brand voice, taps into current trends, and drives platform growth</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">Excellent copywriting skills with a strong grasp of tone, clarity, and storytelling.</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"> Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns, content calendars, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</span></li>
</ul>
<h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Preferred:</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">A keen eye for visual composition, trends, and aesthetics with the ability to collaborate on or direct creative content that stands out in feed</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Understanding of UTM links and other tools to monitor campaign performance and user behavior across channels.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Deep understanding of how to represent and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across multiple platforms and content formats.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proficiency in using tools like Meta Business Suite and Sprout Social for content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance tracking.</span></li>
