The Regional Human Resource Generalist is a key member of the HR team responsible for supporting the Partner Relations &amp; Experience team and local leaders in key areas of the partner and candidate experience, including but not limited to investigations and partner relations, recognition, internal communication, events/activities, and partner surveys.&nbsp;</p> <p><u>Recognition</u></p> <ul> <li>Assist with the administration and implementation of current and future programs, including proactive reporting, ordering of awards, and relevant communications</li> <li>Continually enhance, encourage, and suggest new ideas for recognition opportunities that align with the Otterbein Experience Behaviors</li> </ul> <p><u>Internal Communication</u></p> <ul> <li>Support with administration of the company’s internal communication application, including new user troubleshooting, user/group maintenance, file and resource management, and ad hoc reporting</li> <li>Create calendars and schedules of meaningful content and messages that are communicated to employees for significant events and holidays</li> <li>Act as the key point of contact for questions and escalate to appropriate parties when necessary</li> <li>Respond to any messages or requests timely</li> </ul> <p><u>Employee Surveys</u></p> <ul> <li>Administer partner surveys, including new hire surveys, annual surveys, pulse surveys, and exit surveys</li> <li>Edit current surveys and create new surveys to capture necessary data and feedback</li> <li>Run regular reports of completed surveys and collaborate with P&amp;C leadership to create insightful and actionable dashboards and reports for leadership</li> </ul> <p><u>Employee Events</u></p> <ul> <li>Assist and/or lead Home Office partner engagement events, including but not limited to the Annual Christmas Party</li> <li>Propose new engagement initiatives based on feedback or trends to support the culture of the organization in alignment with the Otterbein Experience Behaviors</li> </ul> <p><u>Onboarding</u></p> <ul> <li>Lead the onboarding experience for new hires at the Home Office, including administration and coordination of pre-hire drug tests, background checks, orientation and other requirements.</li> <li>Act as primary contact for questions regarding pre-employment and onboarding for new hires across the organization</li> <li>Continuously improve the onboarding experience based on feedback from new hires, hiring managers, and P&amp;C representatives</li> <li>Research and implement, if justified, the automating and/or outsourcing of the pre-hire experience</li> <li>Facilitate and coordinate orientation for assigned locations as needed</li> </ul> <p><u>Training &amp; Development</u></p> <ul> <li>Assist with the coordination, scheduling, and facilitation of P&amp;C training programs</li> <li>Partner with P&amp;C Leadership to develop and implement new training programs in order to meet the needs of their roles and accomplish organizational goals and objectives<u>&nbsp;</u></li> </ul> <p><u>Partner Relations</u></p> <ul> <li>Regularly visit locations within assigned region to develop and foster a people-centered culture</li> <li>Partner with managers to ensure disciplinary actions are accurate and compliant</li> <li>Assist with facilitation of partner round tables</li> <li>Act as point of contact for P&amp;C related questions</li> </ul> <p><u>Safety</u></p> <ul> <li>Partner with on-site leaders to ensure regular safety committees are occurring and collaborating on appropriate action plans</li> <li>Support on-site partners with appropriate documentation of injuries and OSHA logs as required</li> <li>Collaborate with Partner Services team on proper administration of Worker’s Compensation documentation</li> </ul> <p><u>Compliance</u></p> <ul> <li>Ensure adherence to applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies</li> <li>Support on-site partners as needed for accurate and compliant documentation and processes to prepare for state surveys</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree, OR <ul> <li>4+ years of relevant experience, OR</li> <li>Combination of relevant education, certification, and experience</li> </ul> </li> <li>Prior experience desired with; <ul> <li>UKG or similar HRIS</li> <li>Greenhouse or similar ATS</li> <li>Red e App or similar internal communications app</li> </ul> </li> <li>Proficient with Microsoft Office products</li> </ul> <p>The position requires day travel and occasional overnight travel to the sites that its supports throughout Ohio and Indiana.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>BENEFITS*</strong></p> <p><strong>Health &amp;
