<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(224, 62, 45);"><strong><em>**Now Offering DailyPay**</em></strong></span></p> <h2 class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoField_Job">Overview</h2> <div class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoMsg_Job"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Container"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Text"> <p>The <strong>Life Enrichment Assistant</strong> (Activities) in our memory care unit is responsible for planning and implementing a variety of cultural, educational and leisure activities, outings and special events, assisting resident transports, and developing the monthly activity calendar.</p> <p><strong>Positions available: Full-time time 8a-4:30p (30 hours per week)</strong></p> <p><strong>This position requires flexible hours and every other weekend</strong></p> </div> </div> </div> <h2 class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoField_Job">Responsibilities</h2> <div class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoMsg_Job"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Container"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Text"> <ul> <li> <div>Plan and facilitate activities&nbsp;</div> </li> <li> <div>Plan Lifelong Learning opportunities for independent living residents on campus as well as trips to other venues.</div> </li> <li> <div>Plan off campus trips for skilled nursing residents (day trips, overnight trips, multiple day trips).</div> </li> <li> <div>Must be able to independently to offer educational opportunities for residents which may involve presenting the programs.</div> </li> <li>Plan to assist with the monthly calendar, executing scheduled activities, completing resident activity, spiritual, MDS assessments, and other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> <h2 class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoField_Job">Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Licensure/Certification: </strong>A minimum of a 90-hour Activity Training Certificate; COTA; Must have a current Ohio Driver’s License.&nbsp;Must have a good driving record and be insurable</li> <li><strong>Experience: </strong>A minimum of 1–2-year experience preferred in activities/programs/event planning.&nbsp; Must be able to multi-task and work independently.&nbsp; Must be computer literate with ability to learn new software programs.
