<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Aircraft Inspector III is responsible for executing inspections of transport category aircraft and components in accordance with FAA Part 145 regulations. This role ensures compliance with ensures every aircraft, component, and maintenance procedure complies with all applicable FAA/EASA regulations, OEM specifications, and internal quality-assurance standards as well as customer, and company standards, and supports a team of inspectors in maintaining the highest levels of safety and airworthiness for complex, large-scale aircraft systems. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong><u>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</u></strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Perform inspections of widebody aircraft (e.g., Boeing 737, 757,777, 787, Airbus A320) and associated components.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure all maintenance activities comply with FAA Part 145, Part 43, and Part 65 regulations, as well as OEM and customer requirements.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Mentor junior inspectors, providing guidance on inspection techniques, documentation, and regulatory compliance.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Review and sign off on maintenance records, work orders, and airworthiness releases.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Conduct incoming part inspections, and final release inspections.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate with production, engineering, and customer representatives to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely delivery.</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support internal and external audits, including FAA, customer, and third-party quality assessments.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the inspection team and quality processes.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support incoming preliminary inspections on aircraft/components in accordance with customer request cards or manufacturer’s manuals.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure documentation of maintenance is performed as required by FAR’s, Repair Station Manual and Customer’s Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Accomplish incoming inspections and maintain oversight during aircraft storage and modifications.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Accomplish final buy-back of maintenance performed.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Accomplish in-progress inspections including clearance-to-close, torque verifications, dimensional checks, rigs, etc.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Participate in audits & investigations – Support external audits, root-cause analysis, and accident/incident investigations as required.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Other duties as assigned.</span></li>
