Provides training to cabinet finishers.  <h3>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Supports the mentorship and training of the cabinet finishers.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Mixes stain to desired color match.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Mixes and weighs chemicals.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Matches color of customer approved sample.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Stains hardwoods/veneers using various techniques to obtain color match.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Sands hardwoods and veneers.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Sands and buffs all cabinetry and all surfaces and high-gloss finishes.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Sands between wash, build and finish coats.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Flat sands larger panels.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Masks off parts for paint and finish.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Produces uniformity on pieces for aircraft ship set using stain.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Monitors desired mill thickness of finish.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identifies and repairs imperfections.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Repairs high gloss and satin finished surfaces.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Sprays satin finish.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Cleans final product.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Works with aerospace materials consistently.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Wears safety equipment as required and practices safety guidelines/procedures, including Hazardous Materials guidelines.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Produces a quality product consistently.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Interprets scheduling requirements to make adjustments as needed.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Properly maintains and repairs spray equipment.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintains a neat, organized work area and help with the general daily housekeeping of the department.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Meets target hours and completes schedules as set by supervision.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
