You will be part of the Change Management team within the broader Office of the CEO. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative and adaptable, nimble in fast-changing environments, comfortable with ambiguity, and strong in executive functioning (planning, prioritization, organization, and follow-through), with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Upon successful completion of training, this role will be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement.<br></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(52, 73, 94);"><strong>What you will accomplish</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Creating change management plans for initiatives acknowledging all aspects of change - analysis, plan, implementation, communication, and other associated change considerations.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Assessing change readiness and identifying key stakeholders.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Preparing impact analyses and evaluating the outcomes of implemented changes.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proven in depth change management experience using a variety of change management methodologies.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
