This role requires strong communication, organizational, problem-solving and time management skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be proactive, analytical thinking, and business acumen. The position is on-site Monday to Friday during training, with a hybrid work option available after training period is complete.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-size: 10pt;">Assist with estimating, subcontractor bids, and project setup support.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Set up new projects in Procore, onboard subcontractors, and collaborate with the Project Manager and subcontractors throughout the project.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
