<p><strong><em>About the Job</em></strong></p>
<p>FNS, Inc. is seeking a proactive and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting activities across our U.S. operations.</p>
<p>The primary focus of this position is to identify, screen, and engage qualified candidates for open positions, including positions that may require Korean-English bilingual candidates.</p>
<p>This is a hands-on recruiting role for someone who enjoys actively searching for candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting initial candidate screenings, and building qualified talent pipelines rather than waiting for applicants to come in.</p>
<p>The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, Regional HR, and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and provide qualified candidates in a timely manner.</p>
<p>The successful candidate should be organized, responsive, comfortable managing multiple open positions, and able to quickly understand different departments, organizational structures, and job requirements.</p>

<p><strong><em>Responsibilities</em></strong></p>
<p><strong>Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proactively source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, Greenhouse database, professional networks, employee referrals, recruiting platforms, and other sourcing channels.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for priority, recurring, and difficult-to-fill positions.</li>
<li>Conduct targeted outreach to passive candidates rather than relying solely on incoming applications.</li>
<li>Build and maintain candidate networks across various business functions and geographic markets, including Korean-English bilingual talent when needed.</li>
<li>Research new sourcing channels and recruiting methods to expand candidate pools.</li>
<li>Support sourcing for corporate, logistics, warehouse, transportation, operations, and other business functions.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Resume Screening & Candidate Qualification</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Review incoming applications and resumes in Greenhouse on a timely basis.</li>
<li>Screen candidates based on job requirements, relevant experience, language ability when applicable, location, compensation expectations, and overall fit.</li>
<li>Conduct initial phone or video screenings when needed to evaluate candidate qualifications and interest.</li>
<li>Prepare clear and concise candidate summaries for Regional HR and hiring managers.</li>
<li>Identify qualified candidates and move them forward to Regional HR or the appropriate hiring team for further evaluation.</li>
<li>Maintain timely follow-up with candidates throughout the initial recruiting process.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Recruiting Priority & Requisition Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage multiple open requisitions based on recruiting priorities established by the Talent Acquisition Manager and business needs.</li>
<li>Maintain active sourcing efforts for urgent and difficult-to-fill positions until qualified candidate pipelines are established.</li>
<li>Monitor candidate pipelines and identify positions requiring additional sourcing efforts.</li>
<li>Communicate recruiting progress, candidate availability, and sourcing challenges to the Talent Acquisition Manager and Regional HR.</li>
<li>Support recruiting activities across multiple U.S. locations.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Greenhouse / ATS Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely candidate information in Greenhouse.</li>
<li>Update candidate stages, screening notes, disposition reasons, and recruiting activities consistently.</li>
<li>Monitor new applications and ensure candidates are reviewed and processed in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Utilize Greenhouse to identify previous applicants and existing candidates who may be qualified for current openings.</li>
<li>Support recruiting reports and candidate pipeline tracking.</li>
<li>Follow established recruiting workflows and identify opportunities to improve Greenhouse usage and recruiting efficiency.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Regional HR & Hiring Team Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Partner with Regional HR to understand local hiring needs, candidate requirements, and recruiting priorities.</li>
<li>Provide qualified candidate pipelines to Regional HR for further interview and selection.</li>
<li>Coordinate directly with hiring managers when needed for urgent or specialized recruiting needs.</li>
<li>Assist with interview coordination, candidate communication, and recruiting follow-up when necessary.</li>
<li>Provide Regional HR and hiring managers with market feedback regarding candidate availability and sourcing challenges.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Recruiting Tools, Vendors & Administrative Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Utilize recruiting tools and platforms effectively to maximize candidate sourcing.</li>
<li>Support coordination with recruiting agencies, job boards, and other recruiting vendors when necessary.</li>
<li>Assist with tracking job posting expenses, agency fees, recruiting platform costs, and other recruiting-related expenses.</li>
<li>Maintain organized records of recruiting vendors, sourcing channels, and related recruiting activities.</li>
<li>Help evaluate which recruiting channels and sourcing methods are producing qualified candidates.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Recruiting Process Improvement</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Identify opportunities to improve resume screening, candidate sourcing, communication, and recruiting workflows.</li>
<li>Recommend new recruiting tools, sourcing methods, and candidate outreach strategies.</li>
<li>Utilize technology, automation, and AI-enabled productivity tools where appropriate to improve sourcing, candidate research, communication, and recruiting efficiency.</li>
<li>Maintain candidate confidentiality and appropriate data privacy practices when using recruiting technology and tools.</li>

<p><strong><em>Qualifications</em></strong></p>

<li>1–3 years of recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or candidate sourcing experience.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience reviewing resumes and identifying qualified candidates.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, or other recruiting channels.</li>
<li>Strong interest in candidate sourcing and recruiting as a primary job responsibility.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.</li>
<li>Ability to quickly understand different positions, departments, organizational structures, and candidate requirements.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines simultaneously.</li>
<li>Strong follow-up skills and sense of urgency.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate professionally with candidates, Regional HR, hiring managers, and business leaders.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced recruiting environment where hiring priorities may change.</li>
<li>Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate candidate records.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Korean-English bilingual skills preferred.</li>
<li>Experience using Greenhouse ATS.</li>
<li>Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or other direct sourcing tools.</li>
<li>Experience sourcing or recruiting Korean-English bilingual candidates.</li>
<li>Experience recruiting for logistics, transportation, warehouse, supply chain, operations, or corporate functions.</li>
<li>Experience supporting recruiting across multiple locations.</li>
<li>Experience sourcing passive candidates for difficult-to-fill positions.</li>
<li>Familiarity with recruiting agencies, job boards, and recruiting vendor relationships.</li>
<li>Experience using recruiting metrics or candidate pipeline reports.</li>
<li>Experience using AI-enabled tools or recruiting technology to improve sourcing and recruiting productivity.</li>
