Our core values are integral to the success and growth of FNS.</p> <p>To Discover more, please visit our website at http://www.fnsusa.com</p></div><p><strong>Location:</strong> Cartersville, GA</p> <p><strong>Employment Type: </strong>Full-Time</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with staffing agencies and managing performance expectations.&nbsp;</li> <li>Work closely with staffing agencies to source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for temporary and contract positions.&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide accurate job descriptions and specifications to staffing agencies to ensure a clear understanding of our hiring requirements.&nbsp;</li> <li>Conduct new hire onboarding and process all new hire paperwork, ensuring accurate employee information is entered into HRIS.&nbsp;</li> <li>Review and verify employees’ timecards to ensure accuracy.&nbsp;</li> <li>Work with Safety Team in implementing the safety programs to minimize risk and provide a safe workplace.&nbsp;</li> <li>Conduct emergency evacuation training and reinforce safety protocols.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain office supplies and equipment (assets), ensuring adequate inventory and proper functioning.&nbsp;</li> <li>Coordinate with vendors and service providers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate apartment lease program, aligned with company policies and employee needs.</li> <li>Oversee the onboarding process for new corporate apartment tenants, providing guidance on lease terms, move-in procedures, and community guidelines.</li> <li>Manage and maintain a database of corporate apartment leases, including tenant information, lease terms, maintenance records, and payment history.</li> <li>Coordinate with landlords and property management companies to address tenant concerns, oversee maintenance requests, and resolve any lease-related issues.</li> <li>Responsible for recording and processing expenses. &nbsp;</li> <li>All other tasks as assigned.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Qualification</span></strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in Human Resources and/or office management preferred.&nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal communication skills.</li> <li>Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li> <li>Fluency in Korean is required.</li> </ul> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Preferred Qualification</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"></span></strong></p> <ul> <li>3+years' experience in Human Resources and/or office management preferred.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"></span></strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><em>Benefits (Full-Time ONLY)</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Health, Dental, and Vision PPO Insurance</li> <li>Life, STD, LTD Insurance</li> <li>401(K) Plan</li> <li>Paid Time Off</li> <li>Additional Paid time off (Bereavement, Wedding, Birth of a Child, etc.)</li> <li>Years of Service Awards</li> <li>Education Assistant Program (Based on Eligibility)</li> </ul> <p>If you are a California resident, California law may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your personal information.
