Our core values are integral to the success and growth of FNS.</p> <p>To Discover more, please visit our website at http://www.fnsusa.com</p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Phoenix, AZ</p> <p><strong>Employment Type: </strong>Full-Time</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Partner with business leaders across assigned regions to identify workforce needs and support strategic hiring plans, including candidate evaluation and interview process management</li> <li>Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and pre-employment processes (background checks, documentation)</li> <li>Serve as a primary point of contact for staffing agencies, driving performance management, vendor alignment, and continuous improvement of recruiting outcomes</li> <li>Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance, consistency, and positive employee experience, including new hire orientation and exit interviews with actionable insights</li> <li>Review and audit employee timekeeping records to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations, escalating discrepancies as needed</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Safety, Operations) to implement and reinforce workplace safety programs and compliance initiatives</li> <li>Support benefits administration, including employee enrollment guidance and issue resolution in coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders</li> <li>Act as an HR advisor by responding to employee and manager inquiries on HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring consistent interpretation and application</li> <li>Contribute to HR process improvements and regional HR initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned in support of HR and business objectives</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Qualification</span></strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.&nbsp;</li> <li>1~3 Years of work experience in Human Resources preferred.</li> <li>Demonstrated understanding of employment laws and regulations.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal communication skills.</li> <li>Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li> <li>Fluency in Korean is required.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><em>Benefits (Full-Time ONLY)</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Health, Dental, and Vision PPO Insurance</li> <li>Life, STD, LTD Insurance</li> <li>401(K) Plan</li> <li>Paid Time Off</li> <li>Additional Paid time off (Bereavement, Wedding, Birth of a Child, etc.)</li> <li>Years of Service Awards</li> <li>Education Assistant Program (Based on Eligibility)</li> </ul> <p>If you are a California resident, California law may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your personal information.
