This role is not clerical, it’s high-accountability operations control. You’ll manage emergencies, juggle complex calendars, and make decisions that directly impact critical infrastructure.</div> </div> </div> <div class="job__description body"> <p class="x_elementToProof">&nbsp;</p> <div><strong data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">What You’ll Do</strong></div> <div><strong>Operations Control</strong></div> <ul data-start="1217" data-end="1608"> <li> <div>Directly manage scheduling, dispatch, and coordination of Field Engineers across the country.</div> </li> <li> <div>Prioritize emergencies and guarantee contractual response times are met.</div> </li> <li> <div>Coordinate travel, equipment, and client deadlines under pressure.</div> </li> <li> <div>Act as the&nbsp;<strong>central hub</strong>&nbsp;between clients, engineers, and internal departments.</div> </li> <li> <div>Escalate and solve client issues quickly and professionally.</div> </li> </ul> <div><strong>Operational Support</strong></div> <ul data-start="1634" data-end="1888"> <li> <div>Draft and issue service quotes based on field recommendations.</div> </li> <li> <div>Compile and finalize Field Service Reports for client delivery.</div> </li> <li> <div>Track parts and equipment tied to service jobs.</div> </li> <li> <div>Support cross-department projects and ensure deadlines are met.</div> </li> </ul> <strong>What You Bring</strong> <ul data-start="1914" data-end="2547"> <li> <div>3+ years in&nbsp;<strong>operations scheduling, crew coordination, or dispatch</strong>&nbsp;(airline, airport, utilities, construction, HVAC, service, or similar).</div> </li> <li> <div>Proven ability to handle&nbsp;<strong>real-time logistics and emergencies</strong>&nbsp;with multiple moving parts.</div> </li> <li> <div>Strong judgment, prioritization, and communication skills in&nbsp;<strong>high-stakes environments</strong>.</div> </li> <li> <div>Comfort with complex calendars, service ticketing, and job costing.</div> </li> <li> <div>Tech fluency: Microsoft 365, Adobe, ChatGPT, Grok and service/work order systems.</div> </li> <li> <div>Bonus: Exposure to electrical, HVAC, UPS, or facilities service industries.</div> </li> <li> <div><strong>Detail-obsessed,</strong>&nbsp;you don’t let things slip through the cracks.</div> </li> </ul> <strong>Why Join EOLA Power</strong> <ul data-start="2578" data-end="2973"> <li> <div>Base salary&nbsp;<strong>$65,000–$75,000</strong></div> </li> <li> <div>401K with matching</div> </li> <li> <div>Medical, dental, and vision insurance</div> </li> <li> <div>Paid time off and holidays</div> </li> <li> <div>Short/Long-Term Disability + Life Insurance</div> </li> <li> <div>Professional development + growth path to Operations Leadership</div> </li> <li> <div>Up to $300/month non-taxed incentive for after-hours phone service (emergency only)</div> </li> <li> <div>Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | In-office, Miami/Doral&nbsp;</div> </li> </ul> <strong>What Makes This Different</strong> <div>This is not trucking dispatch.
