About the Role

We service UPS systems, batteries, and mission-critical infrastructure for hospitals, industrial facilities, municipalities, and data centers.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p data-start="41" data-end="139">We are hiring a Sales Account Executive for an in-person, office-based role in Miami or Orlando.</p> <p data-start="141" data-end="471">This role is designed for a driven, technically minded, and coachable professional who takes ownership of their results and wants to build a long-term career in the critical power industry. You should be motivated by growth, open to development, and ready to earn the opportunity to advance into a Senior Account Executive role.</p> <p data-start="473" data-end="669" data-is-last-node="" data-is-only-node=""><strong>While this is an in-office position based in Miami or Orlando, we are open to high-caliber candidates located elsewhere in Florida who are willing to be aligned with our team and travel as needed.</strong></p> <p data-start="473" data-end="669" data-is-last-node="" data-is-only-node="">If you’re not in front of customers, you’ll be in the office working with the team, preparing to be in front of customers (if located in Orlando or Miami).</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO</strong></p> <ul> <li>Learn how to scope UPS replacements, battery upgrades, bypass systems, repairs, and PM programs</li> <li>Conduct site visits, build proposals, and manage your pipeline</li> <li>Work closely with Inside Sales, Contracting, Engineering, and Field Service teams</li> <li>Build long-term relationships across healthcare, industrial, municipal, and commercial markets</li> <li>Maintain disciplined follow-up, organization, and CRM accuracy</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>IN-PERSON EXPECTATION (IMPORTANT)</strong></p> <p>This role is <strong>office-based</strong> because it accelerates your development.</p> <p>You are expected to be <strong>in the office</strong> unless you are:</p> <ul> <li>Meeting clients</li> <li>Visiting sites</li> <li>Attending tradeshows or events</li> <li>Traveling your territory</li> <li>Engaging in revenue-producing activity</li> </ul> <p>If you're not in front of customers, you're with us, learning, preparing, and building toward being in front of customers.</p> <p>This is how you ramp fast in this industry.</p> <p><strong>WHO YOU ARE</strong></p> <p><strong>Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Industrial or technical sales</li> <li>Generator, electrical, or HVAC industries</li> <li>Field service background (UPS, battery, testing, mechanical, electrical)</li> <li>Selling PM contracts or technical services</li> </ul> <p>This role is designed for someone who wants to grow into a Senior Account Executive Role.</p> <p><strong>COMPENSATION</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>OTE: $120K–$150K+ (Base Salary + Commissions + Bonuses)</strong></li> <li>Vehicle allowance</li> <li>Gas Card</li> <li>Healthcare + 401(k)</li> <li>Strong sales, engineering, and field service support</li> <li>Career growth opportunities&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHY EOLA POWER</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Company (2025)</strong></li> <li>Leadership that sells and trains directly</li> <li>Strong operational and technical foundation</li> <li>Fast decision-making, no corporate layers</li> <li>Hands-on mentorship and a clear growth path</li> <li>Real earning potential and long-term career upside</li> </ul> <p>This is where you build your career, not just take a sales job.</p>
