We service UPS systems, batteries, and mission-critical infrastructure for hospitals, industrial facilities, municipalities, and data centers.</p>
<p data-start="465" data-end="700">We are hiring a Sales Account Executive to grow the Atlanta market. This is a<strong> </strong>remote role for someone who is disciplined, technically minded, and ready to build a territory with strong internal support.</p>
<p data-start="702" data-end="986">This role is designed for a professional who takes ownership of results and wants to build a long-term career in the critical power industry. You should be motivated by growth, open to development, and ready to earn the opportunity to advance into a Senior Account Executive role.</p>
<p data-start="988" data-end="1157">You will be supported by our established team across Atlanta and Florida, including Sales, Engineering, and Field Service, while continuing to build relationships and revenue throughout the Atlanta region.</p>
<h3 data-start="1164" data-end="1187"><strong data-start="1167" data-end="1187">WHAT YOU WILL DO</strong></h3>

<p data-start="1191" data-end="1288">Learn how to scope UPS replacements, battery upgrades, bypass systems, repairs, and PM programs</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1289" data-end="1388">
<p data-start="1291" data-end="1388">Develop and grow the Atlanta territory through site visits, meetings, and relationship-building</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1389" data-end="1457">
<p data-start="1391" data-end="1457">Conduct client visits, build proposals, and manage your pipeline</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1458" data-end="1543">
<p data-start="1460" data-end="1543">Work closely with Inside Sales, Contracting, Engineering, and Field Service teams</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1544" data-end="1642">
<p data-start="1546" data-end="1642">Build long-term relationships across healthcare, industrial, municipal, and commercial markets</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1643" data-end="1709">
<p data-start="1645" data-end="1709">Maintain disciplined follow-up, organization, and CRM accuracy</p>
</li>

<p data-start="1712" data-end="1788">Represent EOLA Power professionally in the field and in front of customers</p>

</li>

<p data-start="2135" data-end="2283">When you are not in front of customers, you are expected to be actively prospecting, preparing proposals, managing follow-up, and building pipeline.</p>
<p data-start="2285" data-end="2481">This role requires independence, ownership, and strong personal discipline.<br data-start="2360" data-end="2363">You will be supported by leadership and our internal team, but you must be someone who can build and own a market.</p>
<h3 data-start="2488" data-end="2506"><strong data-start="2491" data-end="2506">WHO YOU ARE</strong></h3>
<p data-start="2508" data-end="2555"><strong data-start="2508" data-end="2555">Experience in one or more of the following:</strong></p>

<p data-start="2559" data-end="2590">Industrial or technical sales</p>
</li>
<li data-start="2591" data-end="2636">
<p data-start="2593" data-end="2636">Generator, electrical, or HVAC industries</p>
</li>

<p data-start="2639" data-end="2713">Field service background (UPS, battery, testing, mechanical, electrical)</p>
</li>
<li data-start="2714" data-end="2760">
<p data-start="2716" data-end="2760">Selling PM contracts or technical services</p>
</li>
<li data-start="2761" data-end="2826">
<p data-start="2763" data-end="2826">Experience developing or growing a territory is a strong plus</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="2828" data-end="2973">This role is designed for someone who wants to grow into a Senior Account Executive and help build a strong regional presence for EOLA Power.</p>
