Join us.</p> <h2><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>A day in the life:&nbsp;</strong></h2> <p>As the Product Master Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities and workload of the Material Master Data team, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality creation and maintenance of material master records. You will also provide direction, coaching, and support as you execute master data requests, quality checks, audits, and project deliverables.</p> <h2><strong>The impact you'll make:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Lead and oversee daily processing of material master data requests, ensuring the Specialists create and maintain records accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with governance standards.</li> <li>Manage the ticket queue and prioritize incoming work, balancing routine maintenance activities with urgent requests, project deadlines, and product launch timelines.</li> <li>&nbsp;Provide guidance on complex master data scenarios, acting as the escalation point for troubleshooting SAP data elements, hierarchical structures, or cross-functional dependencies.</li> <li>&nbsp;Review and validate material master data loads to ensure accuracy, completeness, adherence to naming conventions, and consistency across systems.</li> <li>&nbsp;Oversee project and launch-related mass data creation or updates, ensuring correct sequencing, documentation, and timely delivery of project milestones.</li> <li>&nbsp;Monitor and ensure adherence of master data governance processes, ensuring Specialists follow established workflows, approval paths, and data quality control steps.</li> <li>&nbsp;Identify, track, and resolve recurring errors by mentoring Specialists through root cause analysis and partnering with upstream teams to prevent repeat issues.</li> <li>&nbsp;Proactively evaluate workload capacity and assign tasks, ensuring balanced productivity, minimal bottlenecks, and clear accountability across the team.</li> <li>Support training and skill development, upskilling Specialists in data systems, project management, data standards, documentation, and efficient processing techniques.</li> <li>Champion continuous improvement, gathering feedback from Specialists to refine standard operating procedures (SOPs), streamline workflows, and enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency over time.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Who you are:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Data Science &amp; Analytics, Business or technical field</li> <li>Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in supervisory or management role</li> <li>Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in with SAP</li> <li>Computer Skills Desired: Microsoft Office, SAP or other database systems, Power BI, SharePoint, SQL &amp; Python a plus</li> <li>Demonstrable expert-level understanding of Master Data Management methodologies, data governance practices and strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent business acumen.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation.
