<h2>A Day in the Life:</h2>
<p>In the position of Product Master Attributes Specialist, you will be responsible for governing and maintaining a defined set of critical Product Master attributes that drive organizational alignment, reporting, and downstream operational workflows. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of these attributes across SAP S/4, master data governance (MDG) workflows, and connected downstream systems.</p>
<h2>The Impact You'll Make:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Execute day-to-day updates for assigned Product Master attributes (profit center, cost center, brand attributes, reporting alignment fields) according to defined standards and workflows.</li>
<li>Validate requests for completeness and accuracy; coordinate with business requestors to resolve missing or inconsistent information.</li>
<li>Support Product Master creation and change workflows by ensuring attribute correctness prior to approval and publication.</li>
<li>Perform quality checks and reconciliation activities to identify mismatches, missing values, or inconsistent usage.</li>
<li>Assist with defect remediation and participate in root cause analysis efforts led by the Attributes Lead and/or Data Quality.</li>
<li>Maintain documentation of recurring issues, exceptions, and resolution steps.</li>
<li>Support testing and validation of new rules or process changes related to assigned attributes.</li>
<li>Provide backup coverage for the Attributes Lead and ensure continuity during absences.</li>
<li>Partner closely with Product Master Operations, Finance/Controlling, Commercial teams, and Data Quality (DQ) to prevent defects and ensure product data readiness.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Who You Are:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology</li>
<li>Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in master data operations, data administration, or</li>
<li>Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) data support.</li>
<li>Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, data profiling, data validation, root cause analysis, and quality improvement</li>
<li>Computer Skills Desired: Experience working in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and/or data workflow tools.</li>
<li>Experience working in an SAP S/4 and/or MDG environment.</li>
