Our people are ambitious, collaborative, and constantly evolving.</p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Respond to common user questions and provide clear, accurate information about available IT services.</li> <li>Communicate with users regarding the status, progress, and resolution of reported issues.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve routine hardware, software, network, VPN, and endpoint incidents using established procedures and tools.</li> <li>Escalate issues that require additional technical expertise or authorization.</li> <li>Report the status of assigned tasks and communicate risks or impediments promptly.</li> <li>Create, update, and maintain tickets, task hierarchies, and related links in Jira.</li> <li>Perform assigned tasks under direct supervision and participate in required team meetings.</li> <li>Contribute to technical discussions and communicate effectively with team members and internal stakeholders.</li> <li>Update hardware and software inventories, standard records, operational lists, and supporting documentation.</li> <li>Perform routine system-administration procedures using documented instructions or guidance from experienced System Administrators.</li> <li>Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot required endpoint agents and corporate applications.</li> <li>Support endpoint updates, configurations, and basic security controls.</li> <li>Assist with hardware and software tracking for employee workstations.</li> <li>Follow Exadel’s information-security requirements and report suspected security incidents promptly.</li> <li>Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and technical standards.</li> <li>Continuously develop your technical knowledge and professional capabilities.</li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring</h3> <ul> <li>Basic practical knowledge of Windows, Linux, or macOS.</li> <li>Familiarity with endpoint software deployment, system configuration, operating-system updates, and basic troubleshooting.</li> <li>Ability to use command-line utilities and system or event logs to investigate common issues.</li> <li>Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts.</li> <li>Familiarity with DNS concepts, including record types, recursive resolution, caching, and manual queries.</li> <li>Basic understanding of DHCP and firewall functionality.</li> <li>Ability to use diagnostic tools such as Ping and Traceroute.</li> <li>Ability to configure and troubleshoot basic OpenVPN connections on endpoint devices.</li> <li>Ability to identify and diagnose common issues affecting laptops and office peripherals, including printers.</li> <li>Ability to distinguish between hardware-related and software-related problems.</li> <li>Practical knowledge of common applications and systems used by end users.</li> <li>Ability to quickly learn new systems, operational procedures, and support guidelines.</li> <li>Understanding of information-security fundamentals and the importance of following corporate security policies.</li> <li>Familiarity with deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting corporate antivirus software.</li> <li>Basic knowledge of centralized endpoint-management tools, preferably Endpoint Central.</li> <li>Familiarity with hardware and software asset tracking.</li> <li>Strong customer-service, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Ability to follow established instructions, document work accurately, and escalate issues appropriately.</li> <li>A proactive approach to learning and developing technical skills.</li> </ul> <h3>English level</h3> <p>Upper-Intermediate</p> <p><strong>Work Type:</strong> Hybrid</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> São Paulo, Brazil</p> <h3>Legal &amp; Hiring Information</h3> <ul> <li>Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more</li> <li>Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions</li> <li>Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
