Our people are ambitious, collaborative, and constantly evolving.</p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Build relationships with assigned People Leaders to understand business priorities</li> <li>Support HRBPs in delivering people strategies aligned with business objectives</li> <li>Provide guidance on routine employee and leadership matters, escalating complex issues as needed</li> <li>Support performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning activities</li> <li>Coach managers on employee development, engagement, and performance practices</li> <li>Reinforce consistent leadership practices and company values</li> <li>Support initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture</li> <li>Assist leaders through organizational change by reinforcing communication and change plans</li> <li>Use workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and support business discussions</li> <li>Partner with HRIS, Shared Services, and COEs to leverage people insights</li> <li>Partner with Shared Services and COEs to deliver integrated HR solutions</li> <li>Guide leaders to the appropriate HR resources while focusing on strategic consulting rather than transactional support</li> </ul> <p></p> <h3>What You Bring</h3> <p></p> <ul> <li>Hands-on progressive HR experience</li> <li>Foundational knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and employment practices</li> <li>Experience partnering with managers in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li> <li>Business curiosity and developing consulting capability</li> <li>Analytical thinking and sound judgment</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence through collaboration</li> </ul> <h3>Nice to Have</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field&nbsp;</li> <li>PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification preferred</li> </ul> <p></p> <h3>English Level</h3> <p>Upper-Intermediate</p> <h3>Legal &amp; Hiring Information</h3> <ul> <li>Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more.</li> <li>Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.</li> <li>Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
