About the Role

<h3><strong>Position Summary</strong></h3> <p>We are looking for a hands-on and adaptable procurement professional to join our global procurement team for a 12-month fixed-term contract.</p> <p>This role focuses primarily on procurement-related projects, operational process improvements, and cross-functional coordination activities and projects, while also supporting day-to-day procurement operations. You will work closely with Finance, IT, Legal, and Global Leadership teams in a fast-paced and evolving environment where priorities can change quickly.</p> <p>We are looking for someone proactive, analytical, curious, and comfortable working independently. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and navigating change with a solutions-oriented mindset.</p> <p>This position offers broad exposure across procurement operations, systems, global projects, and process improvement initiatives.</p> <p><strong>What you will do</strong></p> <h4><strong>Procurement Operations</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Coordinate day-to-day procurement operations, mainly within technology and SaaS categories</li> <li>Manage vendor onboarding, contract renewals, and supplier documentation activities</li> <li>Coordinate procurement-related financial tracking, invoice validation, and reporting activities</li> <li>Participate in low-complexity supplier negotiations and pricing discussions</li> <li>Maintain procurement data, contract repositories, and reporting accuracy within ERP systems</li> <li>Contribute to procurement governance, compliance, and operational improvement initiatives</li> <li>Provide support across additional procurement-related activities as needed</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Projects &amp; Process Improvement</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Coordinate global procurement projects and operational initiatives</li> <li>Contribute to policy rollouts, process optimization activities, and system implementation projects</li> <li>Coordinate activities across Procurement, Finance, IT, Legal, and business stakeholders</li> <li>Track project timelines, actions, dependencies, and deliverables</li> <li>Identify opportunities to improve procurement operations, reporting visibility, and operational efficiency</li> <li>Support the improvement and standardization of procurement processes and workflows</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Innovation &amp; AI</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Explore opportunities to improve procurement operations through AI tools, automation, and smarter ways of working</li> <li>Bring practical ideas to simplify workflows and improve stakeholder experience</li> <li>Stay curious about emerging technologies and operational improvements within procurement</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Skills</strong></h4> <ul> <li>3–5 years of experience in procurement, procurement operations, vendor management, or similar roles</li> <li>Experience with technology procurement and SaaS vendors</li> <li>Exposure to procurement operations, financial coordination, and reporting activities</li> <li>Experience supporting projects, process improvements, or system implementations</li> <li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment</li> <li>Comfortable working with ERP systems and procurement reporting tools</li> <li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li> <li>Comfortable communicating with stakeholders across different levels of the organization</li> <li>Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability</li> <li>Professional level of English required (written and spoken)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proactive and comfortable taking ownership</li> <li>Curious and eager to learn</li> <li>Adaptable and solution-oriented</li> <li>Comfortable working with changing priorities and evolving processes</li> <li>Organized and calm under pressure</li> <li>Hands-on with a practical mindset</li> <li>Interested in process improvement, technology, and AI</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in international or global environments</li> <li>Exposure to procurement operational improvement initiatives</li> <li>Familiarity with AI tools or automation use cases</li> <li>Procurement or project management certifications</li> </ul>
