<h2>Role Overview</h2>
<p>RZR is looking for a Senior Growth Manager to own a portfolio of strategic accounts within our China growth team. In this role, you will drive revenue retention and growth by identifying and executing the highest-impact opportunities across your book of business — building C-level client relationships, developing vertical-specific growth plans, and ensuring every account has a clear, measurable path forward.</p>
<p>You will serve as a trusted advisor to your clients and a key cross-functional partner internally — working alongside Sales, Analytics, and Product to execute growth strategies with precision and remove blockers before they become problems. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who combines strategic thinking with operational discipline and thrives owning outcomes end-to-end.</p>
<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<h3>Revenue Retention & Growth</h3>
<ul>
<li>Drive sustainable revenue by growing strategic accounts, preventing churn, and uncovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities that result in long-term portfolio growth</li>
<li>Identify and incubate high-potential accounts for elevation to key account status</li>
<li>Maintain rigorous forecast discipline and pipeline management to support revenue predictability</li>
</ul>
<h3>Client Ownership & Strategy</h3>
<ul>
<li>Own end-to-end account strategy across three pillars: relationship mapping and development, upsell and cross-sell execution, and short- and long-term revenue growth plans</li>
<li>Build and maintain C-level and executive-level relationships that generate strategic wins and deepen client commitment to RZR's platform</li>
<li>Lead QBRs and strategic reviews that tie platform performance to client business outcomes</li>
<li>Drive product adoption proactively by communicating platform updates, new capabilities, and market shifts that are relevant to each client</li>
</ul>
<h3>Campaign Management & Performance Insights</h3>
<ul>
<li>Ensure campaigns operate seamlessly and optimise effectively through close collaboration with Analytics and Product teams</li>
<li>Deliver performance insights that connect campaign results to real business impact — not just platform metrics</li>
</ul>
<h3>Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operational Excellence</h3>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with Sales, Analytics, AdOps, and Product to resolve issues, execute seamlessly, and deliver a consistent, high-value client experience</li>
<li>Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and reporting to support leadership visibility and reliable account management</li>
</ul>
<h2>Required Skills and Experience</h2>
<ul>
<li>5–8 years in digital advertising, with a focus on mobile Ad-Tech in account management or client success roles</li>
<li>Proven track record driving growth across a portfolio of strategic accounts, including experience building C-level client relationships</li>
<li>Ability to adapt and drive growth-focused initiatives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment</li>
<li>Outstanding client communication skills with a track record of building trusted, long-term relationships across all organisational levels</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills — comfortable using data dashboards (Holistics, Looker, Tableau, or similar) to drive decisions and client recommendations</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving and logical thinking skills with a creative, out-of-the-box approach to challenges</li>
<li>Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — able to align multiple internal stakeholders from diverse backgrounds</li>
<li>Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and programmatic advertising technology is a plus</li>
<li>Demonstrated ownership mindset and passion for continuous growth and impact</li>
<li>Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events</li>
