This is a rare opportunity to join a company at an inflection point and help shape what it becomes.</p> <h2>Role Overview</h2> <p>RZR is looking for a Growth Manager to join our China team and own a portfolio of accounts across our mobile advertising platform. In this role, you will drive revenue retention and growth by identifying and executing the highest-impact opportunities across your book of business — from campaign performance and product adoption to long-term client strategy and relationship development.</p> <p>Reporting to the Hiring Manager, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Analytics, and Product teams, and serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for your assigned clients.</p> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <h3>Revenue Retention &amp; Growth</h3> <ul> <li>Drive sustainable revenue by growing accounts, preventing churn, and uncovering opportunities that result in long-term growth across your assigned portfolio</li> <li>Accurately forecast revenue and maintain pipeline discipline using Hubspot and internal tools</li> <li>Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with the Sales team</li> </ul> <h3>Client Ownership &amp; Strategy</h3> <ul> <li>Own end-to-end account strategy, including relationship mapping, upsell/cross-sell plans, and short- and long-term growth initiatives</li> <li>Serve as a trusted advisor by delivering data-driven recommendations and fostering product adoption through regular in-person and remote engagement across all stakeholder levels</li> <li>Lead QBRs and strategic reviews that tie platform performance to client business outcomes</li> <li>Develop strategic relationships that generate marketable wins and feed product and market feedback back to internal teams</li> </ul> <h3>Campaign Management &amp; Performance Insights</h3> <ul> <li>Ensure campaigns operate seamlessly and optimise effectively through close collaboration with Analyst and Product teams</li> <li>Deliver performance insights that connect campaign results to real business outcomes for the client</li> <li>Monitor account health proactively and address issues before they escalate</li> </ul> <h3>Cross-Functional Collaboration &amp; Operational Excellence</h3> <ul> <li>Work closely with internal teams — Sales, Analytics, AdOps, Product — to resolve issues, execute seamlessly, and deliver a consistent, high-value client experience</li> <li>Maintain rigorous forecasting, CRM hygiene, and reporting to support reliable account management and leadership visibility</li> </ul> <h2>Required Skills and Experience</h2> <ul> <li>3–5+ years in digital advertising, with a focus on mobile Ad-Tech in account management or client success roles</li> <li>Proven ability to drive growth-focused initiatives and adapt in a fast-moving, high-growth environment</li> <li>Outstanding client communication skills with a track record of building trusted, long-term relationships</li> <li>Strong analytical skills — comfortable using data dashboards (Holistics, Looker, Tableau, or similar) to inform decisions and client recommendations</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving and logical thinking skills, with an ability to approach challenges creatively</li> <li>Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — able to work effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds</li> <li>Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and programmatic advertising technology is a plus</li> <li>Demonstrated ownership mindset and passion for continuous growth and impact</li> <li>Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events</li> </ul> <h2>Why Join RZR in China?</h2> <ul> <li>Join a small, senior China Growth team at a critical inflection point — your contributions will be visible, valued, and directly tied to regional revenue outcomes</li> <li>Work with a privacy-centric, AI-driven programmatic platform across UA, Retargeting, and CTV as the CN portfolio scales rapidly through H2 2026 and beyond</li> <li>Build deep, strategic client relationships with some of the most ambitious mobile advertisers and consumer brands in one of the world's most important markets</li> <li>Earn a competitive compensation package with a commission structure that rewards strong performance</li> <li>Gain cross-functional exposure across global teams — Analytics, Sales, Product — with genuine career growth opportunities as the business expands</li> </ul> <h2>Our Values</h2> <p>RZR operates by eight core behaviours: Extreme Ownership · Move Fast · Drive for Excellence · Proactive Communication · Courage · Curiosity · Deliver Results · Manage Ambiguity</p>
