This is a rare opportunity to join a company at an inflection point and help shape what it becomes.</p> <h2>Role Overview</h2> <p>A Growth Manager at RZR drives revenue retention and growth by identifying and executing the highest-impact opportunities across an assigned portfolio of business through growth and product adoption. For this role, you will be the first dedicated Growth Manager in Turkey — owning the market from day one, building in-person client relationships in the local language, and shaping how RZR scales in one of EMEA's most important growth markets.</p> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <h3>Revenue Retention &amp; Growth</h3> <ul> <li>Drive net growth to meet or exceed revenue targets</li> <li>Identify and sell growth opportunities while managing risks</li> <li>Drive expansion, product adoption, and churn prevention or reactivation</li> <li>Support long-term revenue by identifying customer needs and gaps</li> </ul> <h3>Client Ownership &amp; Strategy</h3> <ul> <li>Lead account retention and growth plans</li> <li>Build strong client relationships at all levels</li> <li>Use QBRs to drive progress and deepen connection with key stakeholders</li> <li>Simplify complex product and technical concepts for clients</li> <li>Drive product adoption by communicating product and market changes</li> </ul> <h3>Campaign Management &amp; Performance Insights</h3> <ul> <li>Work closely with teams to launch, execute, and optimise campaigns per client goals</li> <li>Monitor account health, set up reports, and identify performance issues</li> <li>Deliver actionable insights tied to business impact</li> </ul> <h3>Operational Excellence</h3> <ul> <li>Keep accurate forecasting, CRM, documentation, and reporting</li> <li>Ensure timely invoicing and financial alignment</li> <li>Report timely and accurately to regional EMEA and global leadership</li> </ul> <h2>Required Skills and Experience</h2> <ul> <li>3 to 5 years of experience in Mobile Advertising, including at least 3 years in a client-facing growth or account management role</li> <li>Knowledge of the programmatic advertising ecosystem</li> <li>Familiarity with the Turkish market and established relationships with key advertisers in Turkey are a significant advantage</li> <li>Proven ability in high-touch relationship building, managing client visits, and accurately assessing the frequency of in-person meetings</li> <li>Fluent in English and Turkish</li> <li>Willingness to travel regularly and meet clients and team members in person</li> <li>Strong communication skills to engage clients and build trust</li> <li>Demonstrated ownership and commitment to continuous personal and professional growth</li> </ul> <h2>Why Join RZR?</h2> <ul> <li>Be the first growth-focused local hire in Turkey, owning the market from day one and shaping how the region scales</li> <li>Work with a privacy-centric, AI-driven programmatic platform as the Turkish market accelerates and the product portfolio (User Acquisition, Retargeting, CTV) expands</li> <li>Earn a competitive compensation package with a structured commission plan where your performance directly impacts your earnings</li> <li>Gain direct exposure to global advertisers and cross-functional teams across EMEA and beyond, including travel to major industry events and team gatherings</li> <li>Join a small senior team where your contributions are visible and valued, with significant opportunity for mentorship and rapid growth</li> </ul> <h2>Our Values</h2> <p>RZR operates by eight core behaviors: Extreme Ownership · Move Fast · Drive for Excellence · Proactive Communication · Courage · Curiosity · Deliver Results · Manage Ambiguity</p>
