Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role:<strong><br><br><em>Key Responsibilities</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Copyedit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, accuracy, consistency, tone, and regulatory compliance.</li> <li>Update and refine content, including statistical data, to ensure accurate display across multiple formats and channels.</li> <li>Monitor and apply compliance language updates, ensuring proper integration across materials.</li> <li>Verify facts and statistics, and ensure materials are error-free.</li> <li>Recommend edits based on your understanding of the target audience.</li> <li>Maintain and apply updates from editorial style guides (e.g., AP, Chicago) and internal brand standards to ensure consistency in voice and tone.</li> <li>Support the growth of the Content Specialist role within Wizeline.</li> </ul> <hr data-start="1449" data-end="1452"> <h3 data-start="1454" data-end="1476">Must-have Skills</h3> <ul data-start="1477" data-end="2214"> <li>3–5 years of professional copyediting experience.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong command of grammar, syntax, and presentation clarity.</li> <li>Working knowledge of financial and investment concepts.</li> <li>Proficiency in markup and in applying editorial style guidelines, including AP Style and The Chicago Manual of Style.</li> <li>Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.</li> <li>Exceptional attention to detail, with strong process orientation and organizational abilities.</li> <li>Ability to resolve moderately complex issues and escalate as appropriate.</li> <li>Skilled in following production schedules, tracking deliverables, and managing shifting priorities in fast-paced environments.</li> <li>Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and experience working across diverse teams.</li> </ul> <hr data-start="2216" data-end="2219"> <h3 data-start="2221" data-end="2239">Nice-to-have</h3> <ul data-start="2240" data-end="2755"> <li data-start="2240" data-end="2501"> <p data-start="2242" data-end="2501"><strong data-start="2242" data-end="2269">AI Tooling Proficiency:</strong> Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
