As a global community of innovators, we foster a culture of&nbsp;<strong>growth, collaboration,&nbsp;</strong>and&nbsp;<strong>impact.</strong></p> <p><strong>With the right people and the right ideas, there’s no limit to what we can achieve</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Are you a fit?</strong></p> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Lead the design and execution of high-impact creative assets across digital and print channels, including display ads, emails, social media graphics, presentations, print collateral, and campaign landing pages.</li> <li>Translate business objectives and stakeholder requirements into compelling visual concepts, creative briefs, and strategic design solutions.</li> <li>Ensure all deliverables align with brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and audience needs.</li> <li>Collaborate with writers, marketing partners, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns and marketing initiatives.</li> <li>Provide creative leadership, mentorship, and quality assurance support to junior designers, fostering design excellence and professional growth.</li> <li>Conduct design reviews, provide actionable feedback, and maintain consistency across creative outputs.</li> <li>Advocate for user-centered design principles and visual storytelling that support business goals and customer engagement.</li> <li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and adapting to changing business needs within a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Drive design quality and strategic alignment across teams, ensuring creative integrity throughout the project lifecycle.</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Must-have Skills</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of professional experience in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design, or related creative disciplines.</li> <li>Strong portfolio demonstrating successful digital and print design work that supports marketing, branding, and business objectives.</li> <li>Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, etc.).</li> <li>Experience working with content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).</li> <li>Familiarity with collaborative design tools such as Figma.</li> <li>Proven experience leading creative initiatives, providing design direction, and reviewing the work of other designers.</li> <li>Strong understanding of branding systems, visual storytelling, typography, layout, and accessibility best practices.</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective creative solutions.</li> <li>Ability to manage ambiguity, navigate shifting priorities, and influence outcomes without formal authority.</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Nice-to-have:</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Legal, Healthcare, or Pharmaceuticals.</li> <li>Experience supporting campaign strategy, content development, and marketing communications initiatives.</li> <li>Familiarity with content automation platforms, digital optimization tools, or marketing technology ecosystems.</li> <li>Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Business, and Technical stakeholders.</li> <li>Interest in mentoring and developing other designers while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.</li> <li>AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
