If so, we’d like to talk with you about growing with us.</div>We are currently seeking a Project Manager, Senior Civil Engineer to work full-time in our Dallas, TX office. This is an excellent opportunity to join and grow EnSafe, getting involved in a variety of projects for a diverse range of clients in and around the Dallas/Ft Worth Metroplex.  As a Project Manager, Senior Civil Engineer you will work on a wide range of projects in an environment that fosters creativity, collaboration at all levels, a culture of support, and professional growth. EnSafe emphasizes empowering staff to practice our profession passionately and without limitations.   DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you will: <ul> <li>Serve as Project Manager and Lead Civil Engineer for municipal, commercial, and industrial projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth region.</li> <li>Lead civil engineering projects from concept through completion, including planning, design, permitting, preparation of plans and specifications, regulatory coordination, and bid package development.</li> <li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop practical, cost-effective solutions that meet client objectives.</li> <li>Coordinate and participate in design reviews, client meetings, construction meetings, and project team discussions.</li> <li>Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality while ensuring successful project delivery.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong client relationships and support business development efforts with new and existing clients.</li> <li>Assist with proposal preparation, marketing initiatives, project planning, and practice growth activities as part of EnSafe's seller-doer-manager culture.</li> <li>Mentor and support junior engineering staff to encourage technical and professional development.</li> </ul> SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Minimum Skills and Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.</li> <li>Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas, or the ability to obtain Texas licensure through reciprocity within a reasonable timeframe.</li> <li>10+ years of civil engineering design and project management experience.</li> <li>Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant design software.</li> <li>Experience managing municipal, commercial, and industrial civil engineering projects.</li> <li>Demonstrated knowledge of site development, permitting processes, and coordination with local and state regulatory agencies.</li> <li>Strong project management skills, including experience managing project scope, budgets, schedules, and client expectations.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.</li> <li>Experience leading, mentoring, and developing technical teams.</li> <li>Willingness to travel regionally, with occasional national travel for client meetings and project-related activities.</li> </ul> Preferred Skills: <ul> <li>Prior experience in a consulting environment.</li> </ul>   Why Join EnSafe? <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Employee-Owned Advantage EnSafe is 100% employee-owned, with an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) since 1997.
