EnSafe emphasizes empowering staff to practice our profession passionately and without limitations.</p> <p><strong>DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES</strong>&nbsp;<br><strong><em>In this position, you will:</em></strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Serve as Project Manager and Lead Civil Engineer for local municipal, commercial, and industrial projects.</li> <li>Manage civil engineering design from concept through completion, including design development, preparation of plans and specifications, coordination with local and state regulatory agencies, permitting, and development of bid documents.</li> <li>Lead problem-solving efforts across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver practical, cost-effective solutions.</li> <li>Participate in and coordinate design, client, and construction meetings with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.</li> <li>Plan, schedule, and execute detailed phases of civil design work while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong client relationships and actively support the development of new and repeat business.</li> <li>EnSafe is a seller/manage/do organization, so your duties will also include proposal/marketing support, project and practice management, and client project involvement where appropriate.</li> </ul> <p><strong>SKILLS/EXPERIENCE</strong>&nbsp;<br><strong>Minimum Skills and Requirements:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with Civil 3D/CAD experience.</li> <li>A minimum of&nbsp;10 years of civil design experience, preferably with an Engineering consulting firm.</li> <li>Current Florida PE&nbsp;</li> <li>Previous experience with civil engineering design capabilities with both municipal, commercial, and industrial clients.&nbsp;</li> <li>Critical thinking and critical thinking skills.</li> <li>Strong work ethic with diligence.</li> <li>Ability to work on multiple projects, across numerous services and in a challenging environment.</li> <li>Group management and mentoring.</li> <li>Regional travel is required; national travel for client meetings is likely.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong><u>Why Join EnSafe?</u></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Employee-Owned Advantage</strong></span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">EnSafe is 100% employee-owned, with an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) since 1997.
