If so, we’d like to talk with you about growing with us.</div>We are currently seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to work full time in any of our EnSafe offices in Florida (Titusville, Tampa, Jacksonville, or Pensacola). DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES  In this position, you will:   <ul> <li>Serve as the Lead Civil Engineer for municipal, commercial, and industrial projects, providing technical leadership from project planning through design and project delivery.</li> <li>Manage civil engineering design from concept through completion, including design development, preparation of plans and specifications, permitting, regulatory coordination, and bid document development.</li> <li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop practical, cost-effective engineering solutions.</li> <li>Participate in and coordinate design, client, and construction meetings with project teams, clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.</li> <li>Plan, schedule, and execute civil engineering design tasks while maintaining project quality, budgets, and schedules.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong client relationships and support business development efforts with existing and prospective clients.</li> <li>Contribute to proposal preparation, technical presentations, and other marketing and business development activities.</li> <li>Mentor junior engineers and support the continued growth and development of engineering staff.</li> </ul> SKILLS/EXPERIENCE  Minimum Skills and Requirements:  <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.</li> <li>Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida, or ability to obtain Florida licensure through reciprocity within a reasonable timeframe.</li> <li>10+ years of civil engineering design experience within an engineering consulting environment.</li> <li>Proficiency with Civil 3D and AutoCAD.</li> <li>Experience delivering civil engineering design projects for municipal, commercial, and industrial clients.</li> <li>Experience preparing engineering plans, specifications, technical reports, and permitting documents.</li> <li>Knowledge of local and state permitting processes and coordination with regulatory agencies.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.</li> <li>Excellent organizational, communication, and client relationship management abilities.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced consulting environment.</li> <li>Ability to review and seal engineering plans and technical documents, as required.</li> <li>Willingness to travel regionally, with occasional national travel for client and project meetings.</li> </ul>   Why Join EnSafe? <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Employee-Owned Advantage EnSafe is 100% employee-owned, with an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) since 1997.
