You'll own searches end to end, from defining the role with a hiring manager through sourcing, screening and offer, working across every function we hire for rather than one specialty.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own and manage the end-to-end recruiting process across Product, R&amp;D and GTM roles</li> <li>Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, sourcing strategies and interview processes</li> <li>Proactively source strong candidates through direct outreach, referrals and networks</li> <li>Manage the candidate experience from first conversation through offer</li> <li>Track recruiting pipeline and hiring metrics to continuously improve our process</li> <li>Help implement and maintain recruiting tools and workflows as the company grows</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years full-cycle recruiting at high-growth tech startups with global recruitment experience</li> <li>International recruiting experience across Product, Technical and GTM roles, with strong English communication skills</li> <li>Hands-on sourcing experience and ability to engage candidates directly in a fast paced recruiting environment</li> <li>Familiarity with recruiting software - ATS and AI sourcing tools (e.g. Greenhouse, Metaview, Linkedin Recruiter).</li> <li>Strong ownership mentality and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes.</li> <li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li> <li>Fluent Hebrew and strong English.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Why join us?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Real ownership from day one.
