This person will play a key role in hiring exceptional GTM talent while delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.</p> <p class="p1">&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <p>* Own end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles across the US.</p> <p>* Build strong sourcing strategies and proactively engage high-quality passive candidates.</p> <p>* Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, interview processes and hiring plans.</p> <p>* Manage candidates through the full recruitment cycle, from first outreach through offer stage.</p> <p>* Act as an excellent ambassador for Unframe, clearly communicating our mission, culture and opportunity to candidates.</p> <p>* Bring structure, pace and organisation to the hiring process in a fast-moving scaling environment.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></p> <p><em>*</em> Strong GTM recruitment experience.
