<h3><strong>About Unframe</strong></h3> <p>At Unframe, we’re building AI-powered products in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment.</p> <p>We’re a small team that values ownership, trust, and honest communication, where people are encouraged to take initiative and have real impact.&nbsp;As we grow, we’re intentional about building not just great products, but also a strong, healthy culture.</p> <h3><strong>About the role</strong></h3> <p>We’re looking for an&nbsp;<strong>HR Business Partner</strong> to join us at Unframe and help shape how we grow - as a team, as a culture, and as a company.</p> <p>This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys working closely with managers and employees, combining strategic thinking with day-to-day execution</p> <h3><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Partner closely with managers and team leads across EMEA and the US to support team growth, performance, and development<br><br></li> <li>Act as a trusted advisor on all people-related topics in a global, cross-cultural environment<br><br></li> <li>Lead and support core HR processes (performance reviews, feedback cycles, goal setting, etc.) across multiple regions<br><br></li> <li>Support and guide managers through complex people challenges in different geographies<br><br></li> <li>Own employee lifecycle processes for global employees (from onboarding to development and offboarding)<br><br></li> <li>Drive initiatives around engagement, culture, and employee experience across distributed teams<br><br></li> </ul> <h3><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></h3> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in an HRBP / People Partner role<br><br></li> <li>Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment<br><br></li> <li>Proven experience supporting global teams, with a strong understanding of US work culture<br><br></li> <li>Native-level English (spoken and written)<strong><br><br></strong></li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills - able to build trust across cultures and time zones<br><br></li> <li>Experience supporting managers through people-related challenges in a global context<br><br></li> <li>High emotional intelligence and strong judgment<br><br></li> <li>Comfortable working in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment<br><br></li> </ul> <h3><strong>Nice to have</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Background in organizational development, coaching, or talent management<br><br></li> </ul> <h3><strong>Why join us</strong></h3> <p>We’re a small, product-focused team building AI-powered solutions, moving fast and working closely together.</p> <p>This role is an opportunity to shape how we grow and have real impact on people, culture, and the way we build.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
