<p>The <strong>Preventive Maintenance Technician</strong> is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide variety of manufacturing equipment to support safe, efficient, and reliable production. This role supports 1st and 2nd shift operations and plays a key role in reducing downtime, improving equipment performance, and supporting current and future production growth initiatives.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on manufacturing, SMT, and support equipment.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues across multiple types of equipment.</li>
<li>Respond to production downtime and equipment-related issues in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checks and document work in maintenance systems (e.g., Voyager).</li>
<li>Support operators and production teams with equipment troubleshooting and adjustments.</li>
<li>Repair or replace worn or damaged components such as nozzles, feeders, sensors, motors, fixtures, belts, and actuators etc.</li>
<li>Assist with installation, setup, relocation, and commissioning of new or existing equipment.</li>
<li>Support production and equipment move related to company growth and expansion.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.</li>
<li>Follow all safety, ESD, and company policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Communicate equipment status, recurring issues, and spare-parts needs to leadership.</li>

<p><strong>Equipment Supported</strong></p>
<p>This position will support a broad range of manufacturing equipment, including but not limited to:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>SMT Equipment</strong> (pick-and-place machines, stencil printers, reflow ovens, selective soldering systems)</li>
<li><strong>Juki Pick-and-Place Machines</strong></li>
<li><strong>Juki GKG Printers</strong></li>
<li><strong>JT Juki Reflow Ovens</strong></li>
<li><strong>Centurion Reflow Ovens</strong></li>
<li><strong>Selective Soldering Equipment (Juki Intertec, and similar systems)</strong></li>
<li>Wash machines and other production support equipment</li>
<li>Additional automated, semi-automated, and manual manufacturing equipment as required</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification preferred.</li>
<li>1+ years of experience in preventive maintenance, manufacturing, or industrial equipment support.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.</li>
<li>Ability to read and understand equipment manuals and maintenance documentation.</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently or as part of a team across multiple shifts.</li>
<li>Willingness to support overtime or shift changes as needed.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks required in a manufacturing environment.</li>
<li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work around operating machinery.</li>
</ul>
