<p><strong>Clickstop is looking for top talent to join our inside sales team as an Inside Sales Specialist!</strong><strong> What does this mean?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>The way we do inside sales at Clickstop is different from what you may think about traditional inside sales. Make sure to ask us about it!</li>
<ul>
<li>You are the primary owner of inbound customer calls and would collaborate daily with Customer Service and Business Development teams to holistically meet customer needs.</li>
</ul>
<li>Taking the first step in an established growth path towards a Business Development Consultant role for interested and qualified Inside Sales employees. </li>
<ul>
<li>Dedicating time to developing highly impactful skills and relationships as an Inside Sales Specialist is required before consideration of a change in role.</li>
<li>Gaining foundational skills and knowledge that you will utilize with our <a href="https://www.fastenersplus.com/">Fasteners Plus</a> customers as their key resource.</li>
</ul>

<li>Manage quotes, orders, follow-up, and issue resolution with accuracy, urgency, and strong attention to detail.</li>
<li>Partner cross-functionally to support seamless customer experiences while identifying opportunities to improve sales processes and customer outcomes.</li>

To be considered for a remote role at Clickstop, residence must be in one of the following states: Iowa, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina or Pennsylvania. </p>
