You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the clarity and accuracy of all travel invoicing-related matters across the organization:</p> <ul> <li>Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound emails with knowledge and efficiency.</li> <li>Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers by using the right methods/tools</li> <li>Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through professional support.</li> <li>Collaborating closely with colleagues as required.</li> <li>Providing feedback to other Navan departments to improve customer service efficiency.</li> <li>Initiate and conduct phone calls with suppliers, if required, to ensure the accuracy of payment and transaction information.</li> <li>Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and requests.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your Profile:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>Are you an experienced and detail-oriented customer support specialist with a minimum of 3 years in the field?
