including infusion workflows and patient support processes</li> <li>Shadow Pharmacy Operations team members to gain exposure to intake coordination, documentation, and operational decision‑making</li> <li>Assist with operational tasks such as data entry, reporting, workflow tracking, and documentation</li> <li>Participate in cross‑functional meetings with pharmacy operations, clinical, and support teams</li> <li>Support process improvement initiatives by identifying challenges and helping develop practical solutions</li> <li>Contribute to analytics, reporting, and special projects under the guidance of Pharmacy Operations leadership</li> <li>Assist with preparing presentations, internal communications, training materials, and process documentation</li> <li>Document insights and learnings
