Our Pharmacy Operations team sits at the center of that mission — ensuring patients receive timely, safe, and seamless care while supporting clinicians and partners behind the scenes.</p> <p>We’re excited to welcome a <strong>Summer 2026 Pharmacy Operations Intern</strong> as part of our growing pipeline of emerging healthcare professionals. This internship is designed for someone who is curious, relationship‑oriented, and eager to learn how pharmacy operations directly impact patient outcomes.</p> <hr> <h3>Why This Internship Matters</h3> <p>Pharmacy operations play a critical role in keeping infusion care running smoothly — from intake through ongoing therapy. As an intern, you’ll gain real‑world exposure to how operational excellence supports patient safety, continuity of care, and clinician effectiveness.</p> <p>In this internship, you’ll contribute to work that:</p> <ul> <li>Supports patients throughout complex infusion and specialty therapy journeys</li> <li>Helps pharmacy and operations teams deliver care efficiently and compliantly</li> <li>Strengthens workflows that enable clinicians to focus on patient care</li> <li>Builds insight into how cross‑functional healthcare teams collaborate</li> </ul> <p>Everything you’ll experience ties back to real patients — and the systems that support them.</p> <hr> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <p>During this internship, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Observe and learn day‑to‑day pharmacy operations, including infusion workflows and patient support processes</li> <li>Shadow Pharmacy Operations team members to gain exposure to intake coordination, documentation, and operational decision‑making</li> <li>Assist with operational tasks such as data entry, reporting, workflow tracking, and documentation</li> <li>Participate in cross‑functional meetings with pharmacy operations, clinical, and support teams</li> <li>Support process improvement initiatives by identifying challenges and helping develop practical solutions</li> <li>Contribute to analytics, reporting, and special projects under the guidance of Pharmacy Operations leadership</li> <li>Assist with preparing presentations, internal communications, training materials, and process documentation</li> <li>Document insights and learnings from shadowing and projects to support future training and operational enhancements</li> <li>Engage in intern cohort activities and professional development sessions</li> </ul> <p>You’ll be encouraged class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Program</span></span> and entering or actively completing your <strong data-start="145" data-end="183">Junior or Senior professional year</strong> of pharmacy school</li> <li style="text-align: left;" data-section-id="19j6fu8" data-start="205" data-end="337">Active <span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">Pharmacist Intern License</span></span> in good standing (or ability to obtain prior to start date, if applicable by state)</li> <li style="text-align: left;" data-section-id="10kvtqz" data-start="338" data-end="368">High school diploma or GED</li> <li style="text-align: left;" data-section-id="1xeuztx" data-start="369" data-end="469">Minimum of two (2) years of customer service, healthcare, pharmacy, or patient-facing experience</li> <li style="text-align: left;" data-section-id="1icfby3" data-start="470" data-end="520">Strong verbal and written communication skills</li> <li style="text-align: left;" data-section-id="1tdfl63" data-start="521" data-end="640">Demonstrated interest in specialty pharmacy, infusion services, healthcare operations, or patient care environments</li> <li style="text-align: left;" data-section-id="augpmx" data-start="641" data-end="752" data-is-last-node="">Ability to learn quickly, adapt in a fast-paced setting, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred</strong></p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with CRM systems, reporting tools, or analytics (training provided)</li> <li>Prior exposure to healthcare, pharmacy, or operations
