<div><hr></div> <h2>What You'll Do</h2> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Responsibilities include:</p> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Review, interpret, and verify prescriptions to ensure accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with regulatory requirements</li> <li>Evaluate patient records and medication regimens to support safe and effective specialty therapy management</li> <li>Provide comprehensive patient counseling and education regarding specialty medications and treatment plans</li> <li>Monitor drug therapies, identify potential therapeutic issues, and recommend clinical interventions when appropriate</li> <li>Collaborate closely with Intake, Referral Services, Reimbursement, Managed Markets, Nursing, Clinical Services, and Pharmacy Operations teams to support seamless patient care</li> <li>Support onboarding and referral processes to help patients access therapy as efficiently as possible</li> <li>Oversee pharmacy technician activities and documentation to ensure quality, compliance, and operational excellence</li> <li>Maintain compliance with State Board of Pharmacy regulations, HIPAA, FDA, DEA, Medicare, ACHC, URAC, OSHA, and other applicable standards</li> <li>Serve as a clinical escalation point for prescription, medication, and patient care concerns</li> <li>Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, accreditation activities, and performance improvement efforts</li> <li>Support training and development of pharmacy technicians, interns, and new team members</li> <li>Contribute to a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement</li> </ul> <div><hr></div> <h2>What We're Looking For</h2> <h3>Required Qualifications</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy</li> <li>Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of Nevada</li> <li>Strong understanding of specialty medications and specialty pharmacy operations</li> <li>Experience providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</li> <li>Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety</li> </ul> <h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Three (3)+ years of experience in Specialty Pharmacy, Infusion Pharmacy, Home Infusion, Retail, Community, Mail-Order, or Hospital Pharmacy</li> <li>Three (3)+ years of experience working collaboratively with pharmacy technicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams</li> <li>One (1)+ year of experience supporting specialty pharmacy service operations</li> <li>Knowledge of specialty therapy payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and contract obligations</li> <li>Certification in Good Clinical Practices (GCP)</li> <li>Experience with CareTend or
