Our partnership means your prospects have already seen 3MG's name alongside one of the most trusted brands in St. Louis.</li> <li><strong>Headquartered in Orlando, 3MG is proud to be an official partner of UCF Athletics</strong></li> <li>We're one of the <strong>nation's top roofing contractors</strong> and still growing across residential, commercial, repairs, trades, and <strong>specialty roofing.</strong></li> <li>Ongoing training: training starts on your first day and continues throughout your career.</li> <li>Supportive team environment with dedicated back-office support.</li> <li>Career growth as we continue to expand across markets.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive commercial business development for 3MG by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.</li> <li>Prepare accurate estimates, takeoffs, proposals, and bid packages for commercial roofing projects.</li> <li>Evaluate project plans, specifications, site conditions, and customer needs to develop complete scopes of work.</li> <li>Estimate and sell commercial roofing projects with a focus on <strong>single-ply and flat roofing systems</strong>.</li> <li>Conduct site visits, roof inspections, and field measurements as needed to support estimating accuracy.</li> <li>Build relationships with property managers, general contractors, building owners, and other commercial clients.</li> <li>Follow up on submitted bids and proposals to help convert opportunities into awarded work.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal operations, production, and leadership teams to ensure scopes, pricing, and project handoff are accurate.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience is required</li> <li>Strong knowledge of <strong>single-ply roofing systems</strong> and <strong>flat roofing applications</strong>, including TPO, PVC, EPDM, or modified bitumen.</li> <li>Experience estimating commercial reroof, replacement, repair, and maintenance projects.</li> <li>Strong understanding of commercial roofing assemblies, materials, labor, and production considerations.</li> <li>Comfortable working both in the office and in the field as needed.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>W2 Full time salary position + Bonus</li> <li>Health benefits, PTO, 401k</li> <li>Quarterly employee functions along with free tickets to UCF sporting events!</li> </ul> <p><strong>Location</strong></p> <p>This position is primarily onsite in our Winter Park office.
