You'll represent 3MG in the field with a polished, professional approach while building your product knowledge and sales skills through hands-on training and mentorship.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Generate leads through door-knocking, networking, and referrals.</li> <li>Schedule and run appointments with homeowners and deliver a professional sales presentation.</li> <li>Perform roof and property inspections (comfortable on roofs).</li> <li>Communicate clearly to educate customers on the roofing process and solutions.</li> <li>Manage customer relationships and maintain a strong client base.</li> <li>Develop strong knowledge of roofing products, services, and basic insurance/retail workflows.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (capable of transporting a ladder).</li> <li>Comfortable getting on roofs and working outdoors.</li> <li>Available to work full-time (40 hours/week).</li> <li>Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.</li> <li>Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a coachable mindset.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Base salary plus commissions.</li> <li>$70,000-$125,000 per year on average; top earners exceed $150,000++.</li> <li>Paid training.</li> <li>Medical/Dental/Vision insurance.</li> <li>Lucrative commission structure.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Location</strong></p> <ul> <li>Report to the Winter Park office as needed and work primarily in the Greater Central Florida area.</li> </ul>
