This is a rare opportunity to join a company at an inflection point and help shape what it becomes.</p> <h2>Role Overview</h2> <p>RZR is seeking a dynamic Senior Account Executive to join our sales team and help drive new business in the China region across User Acquisition, Re-Engagement, and CTV. This is a ground-floor opportunity — the ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong sales execution skills and a passion for mobile performance marketing.</p> <p>Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will own the full sales cycle and work closely with our Growth, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver revenue growth for the business.</p> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Create and execute a detailed sales plan for a named list of accounts, including competitive intel, key decision makers, goals, and sales strategy</li> <li>Present RZR's programmatic solutions to key decision makers at mobile app companies, large consumer brands, and media agencies</li> <li>Secure new business contracts and successfully launch new customers</li> <li>Leverage marketing resources (content, events, ABM) to close business and drive brand awareness</li> <li>Attend industry events and conferences to build pipeline and represent RZR</li> <li>Operate independently, balancing long-term growth with short-term efforts to drive aggressive regional growth</li> <li>Stay current on the latest industry trends in mobile advertising</li> <li>Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets</li> </ul> <h2>Required Skills and Experience</h2> <ul> <li>8+ years of programmatic advertising sales experience with expertise in mobile marketing (UA, Re-Engagement, DSPs, SKAN, mobile attribution, and more)</li> <li>Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships, especially with app marketing decision makers</li> <li>Strategic, consultative seller skilled at uncovering client challenges and aligning them with RZR's solutions</li> <li>Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across all organisational levels</li> <li>Builder mindset with a track record of driving business growth beyond quota expectations</li> <li>Collaborative approach — works effectively with Growth, Product, and Marketing teams</li> <li>Self-starter who thrives working independently and taking full ownership of outcomes</li> </ul> <h2>Why Join RZR in China?</h2> <ul> <li>Join a global team leading privacy-first, data-driven programmatic advertising at scale</li> <li>Work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where your performance defines your impact and opportunity</li> <li>Sell AI-driven mobile advertising solutions into the largest consumer brands and mobile publishers in one of the world's most important markets</li> <li>Join a small but rapidly growing team where you have true ground-floor impact, career growth, and high earning potential</li> <li>Competitive base salary plus a commission structure where strong performance is well rewarded</li> </ul> <h2>Our Values</h2> <p>RZR operates by eight core behaviours: Extreme Ownership · Move Fast · Drive for Excellence · Proactive Communication · Courage · Curiosity · Deliver Results · Manage Ambiguity</p>
