<p><span data-ccp-props="{}">Nebius is looking for a </span>Regional Supply Chain Security Manager to lead the protection of high-value assets across our supply chain operations in the United States.</p>
<p>This role holds end-to-end ownership of supply chain security across the US, covering transportation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery of critical infrastructure. You will be responsible for shaping and executing regional security strategy, managing risk across a complex logistics network, and leading the response to security incidents.</p>
<p>This is a high-impact role operating at the intersection of security, logistics, and operations, with direct influence on the resilience and integrity of Nebius’ infrastructure deployment.</p>

<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-charstyle="Strong">Your responsibilities will include:</span></span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></p>

<ul>
<li>Own and lead supply chain security across the United States, with full accountability for regional risk and performance</li>
<li>Serve as the primary authority and escalation point for all supply chain security matters within the US</li>
<li>Ensure the secure transportation, storage, and handling of high-value assets across all supply chain nodes</li>
<li>Define, implement, and continuously evolve regional security standards, controls, and procedures aligned with global policies</li>
<li>Establish and enforce security requirements across logistics partners, including Third-Party Logistics providers (3PLs), carriers, and vendors</li>
<li>Conduct risk assessments across transportation routes, warehousing, and delivery operations, and implement effective mitigation strategies</li>
<li>Lead end-to-end response to security incidents (e.g., theft, loss, disruption), including coordination, investigation, and resolution</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement of supply chain security capabilities, including tools, processes, and partner performance</li>
<li>Monitor and report on regional security performance, risks, and trends, providing clear and actionable insights</li>
<li>Partner closely with global supply chain security, logistics, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment and scalability</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Operational Scope</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Oversight of a geographically distributed US supply chain network, including transportation lanes, warehouses, and delivery operations</li>
<li>Regular engagement with logistics partners and vendors across multiple tiers</li>
<li>Travel within the United States required for site visits, audits, and incident response</li>
</ul>

<li>Significant experience in supply chain security, logistics security, or operational risk management</li>
<li>Proven experience owning security or operations across a large geographic region (US experience strongly preferred)</li>
<li>Strong experience working with logistics providers, including 3PLs, freight forwarders, and carriers</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience leading incident response and managing complex security events</li>
<li>Ability to operate independently with a high degree of ownership and accountability</li>
<li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across internal and external partners</li>
<li>Analytical and structured approach to risk assessment and problem-solving</li>
<li>Fluent English (spoken and written)</li>
</ul>

<li>Experience working in a global organization with cross-regional coordination</li>
</ul>
