<p><span data-ccp-props="{}">Nebius is looking for a Regional Supply Chain Security Manager </span>to lead and oversee the protection of high-value assets across our supply chain operations in Taiwan and the broader Asia-Pacific region.</p>
<p>This role holds end-to-end ownership of supply chain security across the region, covering transportation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery of critical infrastructure. The Regional Manager is responsible for defining and executing regional security strategy, managing risk across a complex logistics network, and leading response to security incidents.</p>
<p>This is a high-impact leadership role operating at the intersection of security, logistics, and operations, with direct influence on the resilience and integrity of Nebius’ infrastructure deployment in the region.</p>

<li>Own and lead supply chain security across Taiwan and regional operations, with full accountability for risk and performance</li>
<li>Serve as the primary authority and escalation point for all supply chain security matters in the region</li>
<li>Define, implement, and continuously evolve regional security standards, controls, and procedures aligned with global policies</li>
<li>Drive regional security strategy, ensuring scalability and alignment with business growth</li>
<li>Ensure the secure transportation, storage, and handling of high-value assets across all supply chain nodes</li>
<li>Oversee logistics operations including transportation routes, warehousing, and delivery activities</li>
<li>Establish and enforce security requirements across logistics partners, including Third-Party Logistics providers (3PLs), carriers, and vendors</li>
<li>Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies across the supply chain</li>
<li>Oversee and, when required, directly support the deployment, installation, and validation of supply chain security technologies across origin points and operational sites</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Stakeholder Engagement</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Partner closely with logistics and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment and efficiency</li>
<li>Manage relationships with external partners, including warehouses, carriers, and 3PL providers</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Operational Scope</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Oversight of a geographically distributed supply chain network across Taiwan and regional operations</li>
<li>Regular engagement with logistics partners and vendors across multiple tiers</li>
<li>Travel within Taiwan and the Asia-Pacific region as required</li>
<li>Hands-on involvement in field activities as required, including deployment, installation, and validation of security technologies at origin points and operational sites</li>

<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-charstyle="Strong">We expect you to have:</span></span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></p>

<li>Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is required</li>
<li>Experience in supply chain security, logistics security, or operational risk management</li>
<li>Proven experience owning and managing security or operations across a regional or multi-site environment</li>
<li>Experience working with logistics providers, including 3PLs, freight forwarders, and carriers</li>
<li>Proven leadership and people management experience, including building and leading high-performing teams</li>
<li>Strong sense of ownership and ability to operate independently with full regional accountability</li>
<li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across internal and external partners</li>
<li>Familiarity with supply chain security technologies (e.g., GPS tracking, monitoring systems, data tools)</li>
<li>Willingness to travel within Taiwan and the Asia-Pacific region as required</li>
</ul>

<li>Advanced knowledge of regional logistics networks and risk landscape in Asia-Pacific</li>
</ul>

<li>This role includes responsibility for leading response to critical supply chain security incidents, which may occur outside standard working hours</li>
<li>Operates within a global environment requiring coordination across multiple time zones</li>
