Develops and maintains expertise in using company technology, including software, hardware, and communication systems</li> </ul> <p>Networking &amp; Relationships -</p> <ul> <li>Develops new customers through networking by participating in appropriate trade and industry marketplace associations. Maintains a log of customer touchpoints and a schedule of upcoming events and association meetings</li> <li>Maintains relationships by providing proactive communication and project oversight matching the strategic importance and relative profit potential of assigned customer base</li> <li>Demonstrates knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical maintenance to current and potential customers</li> </ul> <p>Marketing &amp; Communications -</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with the manager to establish and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy</li> <li>Assists with the implementation of marketing and sales programs to meet company sales goals</li> <li>Evaluates, recommends, and facilitates corporate sponsorship opportunities</li> <li>Grows, optimizes, and maintains relevant contact lists via CRM software</li> <li>Engages prospective customers with nurture email campaigns</li> </ul> <p>Opportunities &amp; Estimates -</p> <ul> <li>Follows up on all strategic leads and opportunities in a timely fashion. Follows up with new “walk-in” customers to formally introduce themselves and all of the company’s capabilities</li> <li>Consults with customers to determine effective solutions considering mechanical, operational, and financial factors</li> <li>Completes site surveys to develop total solution proposals for customers</li> <li>Communicates pricing, scope of work, and service completion timelines thoroughly and effectively</li> <li>Follows up on service recommendations within 48 hours to discuss options, solutions, and pricing as appropriate</li> </ul> <p>Execution &amp; Support -</p> <ul> <li>Reviews all quotes/orders/sales contracts to ensure material lists and installation directions are complete, accurate, and executable before passing jobs to the Install Manager; Ensures resources are scheduled according to project timelines</li> <li>Ensures projects are being sold correctly in keeping with technical and quality standards, compliance with all laws and regulations, and in line with gross profit expectations; Provides feedback to service managers to ensure excellence</li> <li>Supports and complies with hand-off policies and procedures, as well as material and equipment purchasing requirements</li> <li>Works closely with service managers to develop quality control and customer service programs to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualified candidates will have</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Preferred)</li> <li>Must be proficient in at least one trade: commercial HVAC, electrical, plumbing, gas or boilers</li> <li>Strong communication skills both written and verbal</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)</li> <li>Strong organizational skills</li> <li>Must have a valid driver's license</li> </ul> <p>We are a Drug Free Workplace and Equal Opportunity Employer</p> <p>Our employee selection process includes the following: drug testing, background check, driving record check, pre-employment assessments, and reference interviews with previous employers</p>
