<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><u>Overview</u></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The HR Director will play a key role in shaping the workplace culture, driving HR initiatives, and ensuring the smooth operation of all HR activities. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Director to lead the human resources function at medical and healthcare technology company specializing in outpatient vascular care. A passion for problem-solving and relationship building is a must.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This role will report to the practice’s management company and requires an on-site presence and ability to travel regularly between practice sites.</span></p>
<h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><u>Responsibilities</u></span></h1>
<h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strategic HR Leadership</span></h2>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the practice’s goals and objectives.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Advise senior management on HR-related matters and contribute to long-term planning and decision-making.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects the values and mission of the practice and company.</span></li>
</ul>
<h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Talent Acquisition and Management</span></h2>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent in the vascular care field.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop and implement effective retention strategies, including career development and succession planning.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage performance appraisal systems to ensure timely and constructive feedback.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Onboarding and Offboarding</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Oversee and assist existing HR team, hands on if necessary, in onboarding and offboarding functions of practice and MSO staff</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Troubleshoot and improve current policies and procedures to provide high quality service</span></li>
</ul>
<h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Employee Relations</span></h2>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Serve as a primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent resolution. Administer terminations and performance improvement plans in conjunction with practice staff as needed</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop and maintain employee engagement programs to enhance job satisfaction and productivity.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.</span></li>
</ul>
<h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Compensation and Benefits</span></h2>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain high-quality employees.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Conduct regular assessments of compensation structures to ensure market competitiveness.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Oversee the administration of benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.</span></li>
</ul>
<h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Training and Development</span></h2>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Organize and oversee professional development opportunities, including workshops, seminars, and continuing education.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.</span></li>
</ul>
<h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><u>Qualifications</u></span></h1>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience required</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience in healthcare organizations preferred</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is highly desirable.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust at all levels of the organization.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR strategy development.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience in a healthcare or medical practice setting is a strong plus.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Compensation: $110,000-$140,000. Negotiable based on skills and experience.</span></p>
