<p><span data-contrast="auto">The </span><span data-contrast="auto">HR Operations Manager</span><span data-contrast="auto"> is a key leadership role within ABBYY’s global Human Resources function, reporting directly to the </span><span data-contrast="auto">Director, Engagement</span><span data-contrast="auto">. This role leads a</span><span data-contrast="auto"> global HR Operations team</span><span data-contrast="auto">, with primary accountability for U.S. HR operations and responsibility for driving alignment, consistency, and operational excellence across regions.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">This role serves as the end-to-end owner of HR systems of record, including </span><span data-contrast="auto">HiBob (HRIS)</span><span data-contrast="auto"> and </span><span data-contrast="auto">Greenhouse (ATS)</span><span data-contrast="auto">, and is accountable for delivering scalable, compliant, and high-quality HR operations across the full employee lifecycle globally.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">While </span><span data-contrast="auto">deep expertise in U.S. HR operations is essential</span><span data-contrast="auto">, this role also requires the ability to operate in a </span><span data-contrast="auto">global environment</span><span data-contrast="auto">, partnering with regional stakeholders to standardize processes while accommodating local requirements.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<p><strong>Salary Range:</strong></p>

<li>The anticipated base salary range for this position is between <strong>$125,000</strong> and <strong>$135,000</strong>. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.</li>
