Guided by optimism, compassion, and teamwork, we are united by a shared dedication to putting patients first.</div><h3>Role Summary</h3> The People Business Partner (PBP) — Field Operations serves as a trusted advisor to leaders in their region for Clinical, Laboratory, and Operations Support teams, partnering closely with the Manager, People Business Partner to execute people strategies that supports employee lifecycle, operational effectiveness, and business performance.  This role acts as a hands-on partner to frontline and operational leaders, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management and workforce planning. The PBP plays a critical role in translating people strategies into practical execution while ensuring consistent, compliant, and people-centered practices across supported teams.  Strategic data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields</li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">4+ years of HR experience, including experience supporting employee relations or operational teams. </li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Experience in a Business Partner, or equivalent advisory role preferred</li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Experience supporting field-based, clinical, healthcare, manufacturing, or operations environments strongly preferred.</li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence managers and employees.</li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Ability to manage sensitive situations with confidentiality, professionalism and sound judgment. </li> </ul> <h3>Employment Type</h3> This is a full-time exempt onsite position which may require occasional local travel across the region <h3>Compensation</h3> The salary range for this role is $100,000-110,000.
