This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing and fast-paced firm dedicated to excellence in wealth management.  </span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="none">The ideal candidate&nbsp;is entry level or less than one year&nbsp;of client service experience in the financial services industry and is willing to obtain the Series 65 license&nbsp;within&nbsp;12&nbsp;months of hire.&nbsp;</span><strong><span data-contrast="none">This role will&nbsp;start&nbsp;July 13, 2026.&nbsp;</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Key Responsibilities:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li><strong><span data-contrast="none">Client Accou</span></strong><strong><span data-contrast="none">nt &amp; Service Excellence</span></strong> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="none">Act as a trusted resource for the broader Client Service team and advisors to ensure smooth and accurate account operations service, including Client onboardings.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Provide direct support to the Client Service team by providing coverage during high-volume periods, leaves of absence, or other business needs. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> </li> <li><strong><span data-contrast="none">Technical Mastery &amp; Autonomy</span></strong></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Develop deep expertise in our internal account management systems to independently: </span><strong> </strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="none">Generate and analyze ad hoc reports. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Prepare comprehensive meeting materials. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Process trade tickets and execute transactions seamlessly. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Manage account-related tasks (cash movement, wires, journals, etc.) with minimal supervision.  </span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> </li> <li><strong><span data-contrast="none">Project Support&nbsp;</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="none">Ad hoc projects for the broader Client Service team. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Support new Advisor onboarding initiatives.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Qualifications &amp;
