This person is responsible for overseeing the Client Service Associates (CSAs) serving our clients. This leader will cultivate relationships across the organization and is responsible for helping to shape the client service model and business management by defining clear roles and responsibilities for our client service team and by overseeing daily operations related to the team’s management. The ideal candidate is comfortable leading people and setting direction for the team, modeling best-in-class client service practices, and rolling up their sleeves to drive outcomes across the organization.   This person partners closely with the Head of Client Advisory to lead the development, implementation, and management of all elements of the firm’s client experience. The right candidate is intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into increased responsibility and leadership.   Key Responsibilities:   <ul> <li>Nurture and grow the Freestone culture, and embody our core values of Commitment, Collaboration and Continuous improvement. </li> <li>Coach, develop, mentor, and promote the firm’s outstanding group of Client Service Associates. </li> <li>Anticipate, facilitate, and advance client service initiatives. </li> <li>Deliver on the needs of a fast-paced business across a wide range of projects. </li> <li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes. </li> <li>Partner in identifying, recruiting, and hiring Client Service Associates to support the growth of the firm. </li> <li>Ability to travel to and work from the San Francisco on a regular basis (ex. monthly).  </li> </ul> Qualifications and Skills  <ul> <li>8+ years of outstanding professional experience, with at least 3 years of experience leading Client Service teams.   </li> <li>RIA and wealth management experience is strongly preferred, although we are open to strong people leaders from diverse backgrounds who are willing to obtain Series 65 industry licensing. </li> <li>Strong financial and business acumen. </li> <li>Detail oriented.  </li> <li>Exceptional writing, interpersonal, and client service skills.  </li> <li>Strong time management skills.  </li> <li>Team player with the ability to collaborate with others.  </li> <li>High comfort level in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.  </li> </ul> Why Join Us?    <ul> <li>The expected base salary for this position is $150,000-200,000, depending on experience, credentials, background, and skill set.</li> <li>This role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on individual, team, and company performance. </li> <li>Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage, 401(k) matching, life and disability insurance, parental leave, and flex spending.  </li> <li>Generous paid time off—17 days of vacation, plus 10 paid holidays, Summer Fridays.  </li> <li>Meal perks, company events, team celebrations, and more.  </li> <li>A collaborative, fun, and supportive culture where you’re encouraged to innovate and grow.  </li> </ul> Our Core Values    <ul> <li>Commitment: You bring passion, integrity, and energy to everything you do.  </li> <li>Collaboration: Working together makes us stronger, smarter, and more innovative.  </li> <li>Continuous Improvement: We’re all about growth—both for our clients and ourselves.  </li> </ul> Freestone is an equal opportunity employer.
